Remote Support
Back 40 II has the technology to help you immediately – without even driving to your house. When needed, we can remotely connect to your computer via the Internet, allowing us to analyze and fix problems, answer questions, and help you get back to business.
We uses several technologies including VNC and others. When you are ready for this service we shall advise you how to proceed.
VNC System Requirements
TightVNC 2.0.2 supports all client and server versions of Microsoft Windows starting at Windows 2000. This includes:
- Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server
- Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server
- Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server
- Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server R2
It works in both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, although its performance may be notably lower in 64-bit versions of Windows.
If you need a version working in Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT 4.0, or in Unix-like systems (including Linux), download TightVNC 1.3.10.
Remote Backup
We recommend Mozy. Mozy is a fully automatic, safe & secure, location-independent way to save your crucial files. Best of all, Mozy is free for home users (2 GB maximum).

Web Hosting
We are an authorized GoDaddy reseller but we will use any host you desire for web hosting and domain registrations.
